Hofstra-UConn men's basketball game to be live-blogged

It will be only Hofstra’s second meeting with UConn with the other being an 80-78 overtime loss in the first round of the 1976 NCAA Tournament at the Providence Civic Center. In the NIT Season Tip-Off first round yesterday Hofstra defeated Yale 68-63 while UConn triumphed over Colgate 77-63.
